  数控液体灌装机是利用位电脑对微型水泵在灌装时间、电机转速等因素上的控制，达到均匀的、重复误差小的液体灌装方式，广泛的应用于药物、化工、食品、饮料、油脂、化妆品等行业，适用于低粘度、无颗粒的液体分装、小批量生产。

 本系列灌装机是参照国外先进灌装机技术进行改造和创新的产品，其结构简单合理，度高，操作简便，人性化设计更加符合现代企业的要求。广泛适用于医药、日化、食品、农药及特殊行业，是对高粘度流体、膏体进行定量灌装的理想设备。

位于加利福尼亚州NewpotrBeach的Cla-Val公司是一家有65年历史的制造商，生产和设计各种阀门，广泛用于消防、水利、航空、地面加油、海运、工业排污及各种其它应用中，阀门尺寸从3/8英寸到24英寸，大部分阀门部件经过精密铸造由内部的铸造部门提供。“总共我们需要生产应用50，000个部件，”加工车间经理MichaelCastaldo解释道。对公司来说，关注于小批量生产的快速转换非常重要，另外销售的大部分产品都是定制产品，也给生产车间带来很大压力。“为了保持竞争力，我们工厂的目标是尽可能达到快交货速度，”他补充道。有了这个目标后，显然工厂需要减少操作设置的步骤，过去完成一项任务通常需要14步以上。“我们必须对此做点什么，”Castaldo解释道。“在这里，我们总是使用手工操作的设备，年前开始购买CNC设备，三年前我们意识到这也是下够的，我们需要跨一大步进入多任务加工。”Castaldo的员工花了大量时间分析公司需求并寻找新的设备方案，他们希望将14步减为一到两步。在比较了大量可以完成任务且符合质量要求的设备后，Cla-Val公司主要根据价格做出了决定。公司购买了位于肯塔基州Florence的Mazak公司的Integrex300Y多任务系统。“300Y可以完成我们所要它做的一切，而只需一半的价格，”Castaldo说道。因为公司从来没买过300Y这样的设备，所以新机器让人感到有些不安。不过在Mazak公司帮助下，Cla-Val公司的员工很快熟悉了系统。“在约一个星期的时间内，我们每天让它做的工作都更多一些，”Castaldo说道。这台多任务机器有两个轴（转速分别为3,500rpm和10,000rpm），可以进行旋转、铣削以及角度加工。对Cla-Val而言重要的特性是机器的偏移能力，它可以0.0001度的刻度增量进行225度B轴定位，角度从轴中心线上面30度到第二轴中心线外15度。“如果需要我们可以向上通过铣削进行旋转，另外它还有一些其它应用，”Castaldo解释道。在Mazak编程协助下，Castaldo能够立刻将机器投入新设计的加油站阀门的制造，该阀门用于空军航空地面加油。如果用旧的方法，产品制造成本高昂，而且需要多个步骤。“这些阀都是4D部件，在有Integrex之前我们无法自己完成”他说道。“当然，用12到15步来完成成本也很高，但现在我们只用两步完成了。我们终把上百个部件放在300Y上来做，这也是我们为什么又买了第二台具有80个刀具的机器的原因。”
